Green Expressie Nail Polish is the perfect way to get ready for spring
I have always been drawn to spring green/mint. Years ago, I purchased a beautiful spring green suit at Gallerie Lafayette Paris. Oh, how I wish that it fit.
My mother used dough she had dyed light green and peach to make pinwheel cookies, appetizers or both. I don’t recall which. These were beautiful! I have loved that colour combination ever since.

My New York apartment’s kitchen floor was tiled in peach-green checkerboards. It makes me laugh to think about my property manager walking into my apartment, after I had moved out, and finding that floor.
I used my coupon for 40% off to purchase Essie Expressie spring green nail polish, “Express to Impress”, number 310.
Essie quick-dry nail polish has been featured in my articles several times. Despite the fact I own a gazillion bottles of Zoya nail polish and KB Shimmer formulas are my favorites, Expressie is the brand I reach for the most. The wide brush with a slight angle is very easy to work with.
The brush covers the nail polish in just 2-3 strokes and makes me make less mistakes than other brushes. (Though I wish I had worn reading glasses while applying the polish to the photo! ).
The polish is also perfect to apply right before going to bed because it dries in just a few minutes.
Because I am constantly using my hands for gardening, baking and hiking I find that manicures do not last very long. However, I just went hiking and there were no chips! Expressie allows me to remove the old polish in minutes and replace it with a new one. No big deal.
The first time I used “Express to Impress”, the paint was a bit sheer. The second coat completely covered.
This shade is amazing. I love ” express to impress“. It’s spring in a jar for me.
Expressie Express to Impress is available for only $9 at Walgreens, Target, Ulta and other stores. There are also 39 other shades to choose from if you don’t like spring green.
